WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

-------- All wholesale orders have a minimum order requirement of $100.00.

All orders must be paid in full at the time that they are placed and prior this shipping. Sorry, we do not offer Net 30 terms.

All retailers selling on their own website are expected to sell our products for at least 90% of the suggested retail price as listed on this website, or more. Deeply discounting items hurts their overall value on the market.

All returns for damaged or incorrect items must be made no later than 30 days after arrival of order.

TGT Wholesale is not responsible for any customs or duty charges for orders shipped to locations outside of the United States.

TGT Wholesale reserves the right to refuse service and/or sales to any resellers who do not abide by these policies. Violation of these terms may result in termination of your wholesale account.
